Pork Dumpling is a comfort food in Taiwan. It is made of a Yam flour shell stuffed with seasoned pork filling. The pork dumpling is first steamed to form it's shape then deep fried to give it texture. It is served with a pink sweet sauce and soy sauce. If you like it spicy you can add chili sauce.
