Immersive Scene in VR180 Space Tsuchiura Daishi Fudoson “Daishoji” | 3D Scene Reconstructed into VR180
New: AI passthrough!
This amazing Deo feature uses the power of AI to turn every VR scene into AR passthrough! Now you can take characters out of VR and have them right there with you - as if they were in the same room.
Notice: AI Passthrough is presently in beta mode, and as such, users may encounter occasional service imperfections. The feature is currently exclusive to the DeoVR app, but it will soon be accessible on both browsers and mobile devices. Your feedback is highly encouraged and appreciated.
Recommended headsets:
Meta Quest 3, and Quest Pro with stereoscopic color passthrough, Pico 4 (monoscopic color passthrough).

and placed into a VR180 spatial environment.
Rather than a native VR180 recording, this work presents an immersive 3D scene

and atmosphere within a fixed forward-facing VR field.
⛩️ Location
Hagurosan Imaizumi-in Daishoji Temple
(Tsuchiura Daishi Fudoson), Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki, Japan
Tsuchiura is a historic castle town surrounded by water and greenery,
overlooking Lake Kasumigaura to the east.
Daishoji Temple, founded in 995, is one of the region’s most important temples,
known for its vast precincts, rich natural environment, and long history.
The temple grounds cover approximately 15,000 tsubo and are surrounded by
centuries-old trees. Seasonal scenery such as cherry blossoms in spring
and autumn foliage creates a calm and contemplative atmosphere.
Wildlife, including many species of birds, inhabits the area throughout the year.
The current main hall, Daiseiden, was completed in 1985 after a long period
without a main hall due to repeated fires.
The principal image of worship is Fudo Myo-o, restored to its original role,
with Dainichi Nyorai enshrined as the Oku-Honzon behind it.
