Tangku Cultural and Creative Park is located at No. 131 Heping Road, Zhangdian District, Zibo City, Shandong Province. It was formerly the Mashang Warehouse of the Zibo Sugar and Liquor Distribution Station, originally built in the 20th century. This warehouse once served as a designated national reserve sugar storage facility. Between 2020 and 2021, the park underwent renovation following the principle of "restoring the old as it was," preserving industrial heritage elements such as red brick buildings and old railways in their original form.
