Join the DeoVR Hyper Immersive Multi-User Experience: Feb 3–4 Online Event

Are you ready for a brand-new way to experience immersive content? We are thrilled to announce that our planned Singapore meetup has shifted to a fully online Multi-User event! This means no matter where you are in the world, you can join this immersive celebration.

Step into a virtual theater with DeoVR Hyper, where you can watch synchronized content in real-time alongside global users and featured creators.

📅 Event Schedule (Singapore Time - SGT)

To accommodate different regions and time zones, we have scheduled the following sessions:

💡 How to get the Room Code? We will keep a Google Meet running throughout the event. The 6-digit room codes will be shared live within the Google Meet.

Please complete these steps before the event starts:

Download the APK: Click here to download from Google Drive
How to install: You need to use Sidequest to install the apk. Please check this tutorial if you don't how.
Prerequisites:
- Please uninstall DeoVR Hyper app first if you downloaded the app from Meta Store
- You must be logged in to your DeoVR account. Access without authentication will prevent the feature from functioning
- This is a beta build located under "Unknown Sources".

How to Access the Multi-User Mode:

After installation, go to Unknown Sources in your apps and run DeoVR Hyper.
Launch the application and log in to your DeoVR account.
Locate and click "Watch party" at the bottom-left, next to the navigation bar.
Enter the 6-digit room code provided by the Host and click Join.

⚠️ Important Rules & Known Limitations

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please keep the following in mind:

Sync Rules: Non-host users must not open videos manually. Doing so will forcibly remove you from the room and require you to rejoin.
Voice Chat: Audio is not supported within the Multi-User app at this stage. Please join our Google Meet for voice communication.
Reset Your View: If your view position feels off, press and hold the "Meta" button on your controller for 5 seconds to reset the dome position.
Interface Toggle: To hide or show the right-side Multi-User panel, simply click the Watch party button again.
