Morskie Oko in Tatra Mountains, Poland [8K Video 360° VR]

Morskie Oko – the largest and most famous lake in the Polish Tatra Mountains. Located at 1,395 meters above sea level, this crystal clear lake is surrounded by towering peaks like Mięguszowieckie Szczyty, Cubryna, and Mnich. The name "Morskie Oko" translates to "Eye of the Sea," and legend says the lake is connected to the sea through underground tunnels.

The hike to Morskie Oko starts at Palenica Białczańska and follows an asphalt road for about 9 kilometers. It takes around 2 hours to reach the lake, but the views along the way make every step worth it. Horse-drawn carriages are also available for those who prefer a more relaxed journey.

Once you arrive, the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The water is so clear that you can see the bottom, and the surrounding mountains create a perfect amphitheater of nature. There's also a mountain hut (Schronisko PTTK) where you can rest, grab a hot meal, or even stay overnight.
