Day 5. Yokohama.
Bánh mì is a sandwich made Vietnamese style. Take a short baguette, cut it open lengthwise and filled with Peking duck, duck sauce, Cha-Shu BBQ pork, and cilantro. Yum! the baguette is crunchy and the Peking duck is tender and fill with flavor. It's a pleasant new take on Bánh mì.
