Between Union Pacific’s Shawmut and Bosque Control Points, construction crews have been working alongside the Sunset Route.

This crawler dozer moved slowly back and forth across the worksite, chewing up and working the soil as it went.

After it passed, a small group of timid birds moved into the freshly disturbed dirt to forage. They aren’t in this clip, but apparently the construction crew wasn’t the only one interested in what the dozer turned up.
