MOS Burger is a Japanese fast food chain. They are international. The MOS in MOS burger stands for Mountain Ocean and Sun. They have regular bread bun burgers but what is unique with MOS burger is they off burger with formed Rice Buns. Basically they compacted Rice into bun shape. Give it a fast toasting to maintain the shape and use it as buns in their burger. It's like a Onigiri or Musubi but with out the nori.The seafood was a combo of shrimp and squid pieces mixed in batter then deep fried into a patty, topped with their seafood sauce. yum.
