Egg Coffee Cà phê trứng and Cola @ CAFÉ GIẢNG

Egg Coffee Cà phê trứng is a Vietnamese Coffee topped with Egg cream. The egg cream is made with egg yolks, sugar, condensed milk whipped into a thick hearty foam. It is said the use of Egg Cream came about because of milk shortage and egg yoke was use to supplement the milk.
The Egg cream is thick and does not dissolve into the coffee, the coffee is assimilated into the cream which makes it more of a watery desert than a cup of coffee.
