[VR180] Feathery Celosia in Musashi-Kyuryo National Government Park

The "feathery celosia" planted in the flower garden at the West Exit Plaza is expected to be at its best from around mid-September through mid-October.
Feathery celosia is characterized by fluffy flower spikes that can grow up to 30cm long at their peak.
