
Bunsanseong Fortress is a historic mountain fortress in Gimhae, offering panoramic views and traces of Korea’s ancient and medieval past.
• Built: 1st–4th c. (by Geumgwan Gaya, a Korean confederacy)
• Repaired: 14th c.
• Collapsed: During the Japanese invasions of Korea (1592–1598)
• Rebuilt: 1871 (8th year of King Gojong’s reign)
