The covered conveyor belt at the foot of the Rettenbach Glacier is the new return route from the Seiterjöchl ski lift to the valley station at the Rettenbachferner glacier. The former ski run had to be rerouted due to glacial retreat, and the conveyor belt was therefore constructed, per the website SkiResort.de....but I say just go and ski Sölden Ötztal.
