Join me for a 5 km afternoon run starting around the lake at Inigo Square Haven Appartments then in to the adjacent neighboorhood looping around the quiet streets to an out and back turning around in a culdesac finishing my run looping back around the lake. I did 1 mile intervals 2 times with a warm up and cool down. It was a warm afternoon with clear skies.
