If you are coming by train, be prepared: the town is perched high up on a hill. It’s a steep 30-minute walk from the train station to the top, but trust me, it is 100% worth every single step!

Once you’re up there, you are rewarded with breathtaking views of the sea dotted with ships, the historic ancient amphitheater, and a magnificent view of Mount Etna—which is so grand it stays snow-capped even during the hot summer months!

Whether you’re looking for a place to relax, go for beautiful scenic walks, or indulge in some of the best food you will ever eat in your life, Taormina has it all.
