At dawn, the Costa Brava holds its breath. My feet sink into cool sand as the first light spills over the horizon. Slow as the tide, I begin—arms tracing the curve of the waking sky, legs rooted like ancient pines. The sea whispers against the shore, keeping time with my movements. Inhale: salt and possibility. Exhale: every weight I’ve carried. Here, between sky and water, I am both anchor and sail. The gulls cry, but I move in silence—a dance older than words.

El alba en la Costa Brava contiene la respiración. Mis pies se hunden en la arena fría mientras la primera luz se derrama en el horizonte. Lento como la marea, comienzo—los brazos trazan el arco del cielo que despierta, las piernas firmes como pinos antiguos. El mar susurra contra la orilla, marcando el ritmo de mis movimientos. Inhalo: sal y posibilidad. Exhalo: todo lo que me ha pesado. Aquí, entre cielo y agua, soy ancla y vela a la vez.
