In July 1987, 12,000 passengers were stranded in Hami due to railway disruptions, far exceeding the railway station's capacity. In this critical moment, approximately 60,000 cadres and people of all ethnic groups in Hami stepped forward. Their selfless dedication warmed the anxious days of the stranded passengers, jointly creating this legend of "unity and mutual assistance."




1987年7月，1.2万名旅客因铁路中断而滞留哈密，远超火车站负荷。危急时刻，哈密各族干部群众约6万人次挺身而出，用无私的奉献温暖了滞留旅客的焦灼时光，共同缔造了这段“团结互助”的传奇。
