David spend 4 months on a psychiatric ward, after being sectioned during a manic bipolar episode.
In this piece, David recounts his experience of solitary confinement in a padded white room. From frustration, to desperately pleading to leave, and finally his poetic imagining of his perfect secluded space.
As David discusses the implications and experience of being sectioned, MBD's virtual reality world takes over the blank white padded room, as the walls melt away to reveal a natural, magical space, with blue sky and trees. You can move your device around this space in 360°.
