Rosencrantz at Battle of Chicamauga during the rebellion, and recaptured in North Carolina by Gen. Stoneman and presented to the family by Major Hambright in which to bury him; if too large, the family to keep as a momento. The flag is 60x80 feet. Taken from Mason's Hotel, looking South-West.
